- Membership consists of:
- Fire chiefs of the five recognized Volunteer Fire Departments, or their designees
- Human resources director, or his/her designee
- City comptroller, or his/her designee
- City manager, or his/her designee
- One member of the Personnel & Pension Board
- Two residents of the Town Consolidation District, appointed by the City Council to two-year terms
- The immediate past chairperson
- Relief Fund Ordinances
- Relief Fund By-Laws and Administrative Procedures
- Relief Fund Actuarial Valuations
