Plans are available for public review at the Dept. of Public Works, 50 Clinton Ave., and Norwich Community Development, 77 Main St. two weeks prior to the meeting.

On May 6th, the City of Norwich will be participating in a Road Safety Audit (RSA) of Route 82 with the Connecticut Department of Transportation.

This Road Safety Audit is a result of US DOT Secretary Foxx’s initiative for Safer People, Safer Streets. The RSA in the Route 82 corridor, from New London Turnpike to the Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC) off of Falls Avenue, will focus on pedestrian and bicycles as a focus because there are non-motorized safety challenges present.
